Supporting Women's Health

Whether you’re dealing with incontinence or looking to improve sexual satisfaction, our Emsella Program can support your well-being. A Health Canada approved, non-invasive tool for strengthening your pelvic floor.

Strong At The Core

The Emsella Chair is a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment designed to strengthen the pelvic floor using high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology. While seated comfortably and fully clothed, patients experience thousands of pelvic floor contractions in a single session – far more than can be achieved through voluntary exercise alone.

These deep, targeted contractions help re-educate and strengthen the muscles that support bladder control, core stability, and sexual function. The treatment is painless, requires no downtime, and is suitable for many individuals experiencing pelvic floor weakness.

Our Approach

Under professional guidance of Lume’s Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, patients gain both the benefits of advanced technology and the confidence that comes from understanding and supporting their pelvic health long-term.
